State Grid Xinyuan Corporation Company is developing a pumped-storage power plant which is located in Zhirui county, Keshike, Chifeng city, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

After the completion of the power plant, it will be responsible for the peak load regulation, valley filling, phase modulation, frequency modulation, load standby, and emergency standby.
