PAU - Banggai Ammonia Plant

PT Panca Amara Utama plans to build a world class Ammonia plant at Banggai Regency by utilizing natural gas from the Senoro-Toili gas fields (Donggi-Senoro), Central Sulawesi, supplied by JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi.

The natural gas will be processed to produce 1,900 tons of ammonia per day, which is the main raw material for producing urea fertilizer and other chemical products.

The project aims to support the government's program for maximizing domestic utilization and value addition of natural gas, parallel to strengthening national food supply security by encouraging fertilizer production.
