CENAGAS - Jaltipan-Salina Cruz Gas Pipeline Expansion (Interoceanic Corridor Gas Pipeline)
The project is located between Jaltipan de Morelos, in Oaxaca state, and Salina de Cruz, in Veracruz state. The project is a part of the five-year plan which includes a 12-inch pipeline expansion and one compressor station project. The initial project aimed a 500 MMcf/d pipeline that would span from Chinameca, Veracruz, to Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, supplying gas to a 430 MMcf/D or 3 million metric tons/year FLNG terminal envisaged for the Salina Cruz port. In 2020, a revised version of the plan was released with an expansion to have a capacity of 320 million cubic feet per day
