ONEE - National Integrated Wind Energy Project - Tanger Wind Power Plant
The Office National de l'Electricite et de l'Eau potable (ONEE) is planning to build a 70-megawatt (MW) wind farm located at Tanger. The project, named Tanger 2, is part of the 850-MW Moroccan Integrated Wind Energy Project which will help increase the share of Moroccan electricity consumption from renewable sources to 42% by 2020. The project will be developed under a Public Private Partnership (PPP).
